- Three days before the operation, check the fasteners of the cage trommel screen every day, and fasten them in time if they are loose. In the future, the fasteners of the cage drum screen can be inspected and processed regularly (weekly or half a month);
- The bearing seat and gearbox should be regularly checked for lubrication, and refueled and changed in time. The large shaft bearings use No. 2 lithium-based grease. Under normal circumstances, add grease every two months. The amount of filling should not be too much, otherwise it will easily cause the bearing to overheat. All bearings should be cleaned and inspected once a year.
- When the equipment is stopped for a long time (more than 30 days) and restarted, the insulation of the motor should be shaken to avoid burning the motor.

Destructive earthquakes and active tectonic areas; active slumps, landslides and uplift zones; active fault zones; limestone lava cave development zones; active subsidence areas in abandoned mining areas; active dune areas;
