Introduction of waste sorting and recycling system

Fully enclosed, mechanized garbage sorting equipment, also known as garbage sorting equipment and garbage sorting equipment, is mainly used for sorting garbage. Garbage can be sorted into six categories:

Garbage sorting and recycling equipment workflow

Step 1

Garbage enters the manual sorting platform, and large objects are manually sorted out, such as large furniture, clothes, bottles, large pieces of glass, and a small amount of construction waste. On the one hand, the utilization rate of waste is expanded, and on the other hand, the piles of subsequent steps are reduced. After primary crushing, enter the next step of sorting.

Step 2

After completing the above steps, the garbage entering the screening system is divided into two sizes. One is for larger objects such as plastics and shoes, and the other is for smaller objects to enter the eddy current separator to obtain metals, and the remaining materials are synthesized into fertilizer or nutrient soil.

Step 3

The oversized objects that have been screened will be separated again by gravity separation (wind separation equipment), and a part of lighter objects (mostly plastic) and other heavier objects will be obtained. The heavy material goes into the vortex separator to get metal and organic waste, and the lighter material will be baled by the baler.
